    Pros

Just to be clear, this company does not offer "free healthcare" as other reviewers have mentioned. They do cover the premiums and co-pays (which is awesome), but there is a pretty steep deductible of about $2000.

The media director does a great job standing up for the media team.

    Cons

Like most agencies, long hours, and pay is on the lower end. People come to work for this company because they are passionate about live entertainment, not for huge paychecks.

    Pros

There are great clients to work on and has some amazing perks. Perks include free health care and getting tickets to all of the client's shows. I have made some great friends as everyone is around the same age.

    Cons

There is clear Management favorites. These favorites normally get promoted fast and normally before they are ready. It is not like they are bad workers just that they could have used a few more months to a year before being ready to enhance to the next level. There have been non favorites who are great at their job but it takes a long time for them to get promoted.

There have been bullies in the office and Management does nothing about it. Management does not want to manage or train their teams.

Management does not micromanage however if one person makes a mistake and the client notices everyone who works on that client gets into trouble. Even though the only Manager is the Director.

Long hours as every team is under staffed.

    Advice to Management

Management needs training. Most Managers do not know anything about managing.

    Pros

Most of the directors are really excellent and look out for you. The workload fluctuates a lot, but everyone works hard to make sure it's fair. The perks are okay, but monthly happy hours are a total myth. We have not had one in the entire time I've worked here, unless it was a farewell.

    Cons

People have an over-inflated view of themselves, and think their opinions need to be heard on every single item. Many people are not experienced enough for the titles they hold, and this does not always work in the company's favor.

    Advice to Management

If you can curtail the egos, it'll be a better place.

    Pros

Cool office space with free snacks and coffee. Everyone is around the same age range so coworkers become friends fast.

    Cons

It's a small agency with growing pains. When they lose a major account or business, people get laid off. They also tend to promote people too quickly with no former management/leadership experience and are in constant flux with "the process" so many people are set up to fail.

    Advice to Management

There should be training and education opportunities available for managers.

    Pros

An agency full of talented and fun employees. Good benefits and free snacks for all - they do monthly agency wide happy hours and host events to bring employees together. Overall morale of the office is good and you meet friendly people.

    Cons

Internal structure and processes of projects lacked and was frustrating. Certain departments seem to have more say in creativity and at times did not include the creative department. Projects came with low budgets and fast (sometimes extreme) deadlines. There was a lack of leadership from those who are above you and salary offered was fairly low.

    Advice to Management

Be honest and clear about job roles and offer more learning opportunities. The learning curve was difficult and projects were pushed onto me with no other information.

    Pros

Young creative team makes for fun working environment. HR does their best to keep a good culture, morale up and synergy going.

    Cons

Creative team morale is to the floor, senior creatives have been let go by terrible CDs just to "clean up" after their own mistakes (overall shadiness from overrated CDs). Good talent leaves after they've been fed up by terrible upper management. Account Dept. seems to have more creative control than Creative Dept. President lacks real vision of what he wants. Sitch has made their name by catering to Broadway clients but Owner completely hates that industry yet cannot find a way to break away from it. They continue to thrive off acquiring cheap young talent. Don't let them low ball you if you truly believe you are worth more.

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent with everyone in general and compensate creatives what they deserve.

    Pros

    - Talented and fun employees
    - Clients include some of the biggest live shows in the world
    - Great location, comfortable office
    - Really great benefits
    - Free snacks provided for all

    Cons

Difficult learning curve. When beginning work, there is not much time to get acquainted with the brands. You are throw into the deep end with minimal knowledge of the brands, and expected to perform.

    Advice to Management

Provide more briefing time about your clients and brands.

    Pros

Great people with a great work atmosphere. Also they have an amazing balcony view.

    Cons

As an intern, I wanted to be occupied with things to do than have downtime.

    Advice to Management

Have actual work that interns can be involved in rather than give somewhat futile tasks.

    Pros

They come up with some cool innovative ideas. I learned some things, looks good on a resume to have been there.

    Cons

They are unable to execute any of these ideas on time or within budget, therefore pissing off the client.
