    Pros

The unit I was working with had some really good people and some good seniors.

    Cons

    >Erratic moods swings of all the top management staff > Not sure of what they want and where they are heading too. >Use people for their own benefit , appraise you and then when works done ask them to leave without any reason. > Lack of professionalism from the top management > Too much of politics > Odd working hours so no work life balance

    Advice to Management

Top Mgmt needs to have clear goals and needs to control their moods swing. Need to learn how to behave professionally Need to learn to retain good talent\

    Pros

Had some real life good time experience being fresher..

    Cons

we worked straight under the CEO's supervision.. i mean not under him directly but he was always there.. it's always depends on his mood the company rules and new schemes may change twice or thrice in a week (but i guess only for the sector i was working). had some real good experience when our sector was performing good. our performance went down experience being there also turned horrible.

    Advice to Management

Proper Management strategy that's what lacking i guess ... no no i didn't meant the business, i meant the way you manage employees.
