Current Employee – been working at Six Flags Great Adventure Fire Department
Pros – It is a great place to work if you want something different yet routine. I like it but it could be better.
Cons – Pay isn't great and benefits are really lacking. Also, there isn't much room for growth so this is more of a job than a career
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Former Employee – worked at Six Flags Great Adventure Fire Department part-time for less than a year
Pros – Free access to the park, guest passes for friends and family every so often. You were allowed to bring one person with you for free.
Cons – Management throughout all levels of the park, at least in the various areas I worked, were quite incompetent. I've only legitimately liked working at one area in the park; and the manager wasn't around most of the time.

Former Employee – worked at Six Flags Great Adventure Fire Department
Pros – Fun place to work! Flexible
Cons – Management is condescending in certain departments. Good old boys club at top of management in this park.
Advice to Senior Management – Look to some new, or even past employees, to find out how to fix this
