    Pros

Meeting new people, gaining experience, learning people skills, and is a good start for someone entering work force, lots of hours.

    Cons

Lots of rude guests, some corrupt management, long walk to your work place, big push to be friendly, clean, safe, when you get paid minimum wage.

  3. Chaotic

I have been working at Six Flags part-time

    Pros

Free buddy pass. Free entry into the park. 35% discounts.

    Cons

Team Leaders are supposed to be lower management however most of my team leaders either micromanage or they don't lead at all. Same goes for supervisors. It's frustrating for experienced employees to deal with lack of communication and lack of management and then deal with micromanagers on the same day on the same shift due to management switching shifts. I am fed up with this and I quit.

    Advice to Management

MANAGE YOUR TEAM! Check up on us lowly team members to see if we passed out in 101+ tempatures! Don't criticize your employees in front of guests! I mean, seriously! Also that Lead test really REALLY need management questions so you don't have 15 year olds on a power trip.

I have been working at Six Flags full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Keeps you busy - Good if you like dealing with people and money

    Cons

    - LONG hours - No free time during the summer - Bugs - Not enough training - Sexual harassment by supervisor

    Advice to Management

Please make more training. I was thrown into the job not knowing what I was doing, which caused so many problems. And they are too lenient with supervisors
