    Pros

You work with the latest high end tech equipment out there, good support system between employees, tons of trainning classes for the latest electronics out there today.

    Cons

They make you work 60 to seventy hour work weeks and they get mad at you when you ask for time off or are out sick from work for one day. They make you travel to new jersey for trainning but dont remburse you for gas and tolls that you have to pay for your self. They get mad at you when you ask for money back for tolls and gas. They only keep you around for six months then get rid of you becuse it is cheaper for them not to pay you heath and dental insurance. They give you very little discounts on merchandise. They say you get comp for every product you sell but in order to get paid you have to sell enough product to beat the amount of hours you work in a week which means know pay out. You are working from open to close six days a week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your workers with respect and dont work them over as if there illegall aliens who just crossed the boarder. Pay them for travelling out of state for trainning there hourly and gas and toll money.
Dont let us go after six months just because it is chaper for you and exspect us to come back to work for you after a couple of months.

    Pros

The benefits of working for this company from a pay consideration is great, unlike many commission based companies you either make 10/hr or straight commission. Compared to other commission based companies that work on a draw system, this company will not force you to pay back any hourly wages. So you can always expect a minimum paycheck of 800+ as a full time worker. The sales structure also ensures that the store always has people in it. The only exception to that is the beautiful summer days mid week we have been experiencing.

The managers are all very supportive and will work with you to improve your skill sets. Though it is competitive, you will not find people trying to sabotage you to get ahead as was seen at Tweeter. That is not acceptable by any means either from associates or managers viewpoints. Many times the sales staff will band together to help out a customer and only expect reciprocation, not a cut of the sale.

    Cons

The company unfortunately advertises a ton of 'burns' or sales that have zero or negative profitability. A good salesperson can upgrade the buyer, though it is not always possible.

    Pros

you get a very good education about all the new stuff on the market, and you can loose weight because youre on your feet 10 hrs per day..

    Cons

the education you get is by learning on the fly. they have no official training. Upper managment comes off as arrogant sob's. you are standing all day, no sitting policy.. kings of burning out the profit in their merchandise..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

stop coming off as arrogant pricks, pay your sales people a decent wage (plus commision), and maybe job retention will go up and so will efficiency, instead of bitterness and training expenses.
