Good place

Employer Outreach Specialist (Former Employee)
Toronto, ON (Canada)

I worked at Skills for Change full-time for more than 3 years

ProsFamily oriented atmosphere
Everyone is very employee and customer centric

ConsDuring my tenure, I noticed a sense of complacency had set in, especially in case of employees that had been working at the organization for several years. It looks like that is changing now, with new management.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
