    Pros

Skoruz is a place where only fake resumes gets processed. Even any one with no experience their resume will be prepared by this company. I got my job as consultant the same way.
recruiters are very helpful in preparing false resumes, when asked about organisation they are confused to say good or bad. they tend to guide good (Not to join) may be number presure!

    Cons

Employees have no Identity nor an ID cards. One's future carrer will not be assured if joined this organisation.

    Advice to Management

Management is nothing but very in effecient non experiend ladies.
100 emails to follow up on pay cheques, discounts, insurance.
Inexperienced women in management, they know nothing to take care of employee concerns.
