Details
Pros
Lots of overtime offered to employees when the economy is at least average. Great people working at the corporate headquarters.
Cons
Can lead to long hours if on hourly pay. Recognition from superiors is close to zero. Very set in ways.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to employees and value their input. Get to know all employees at the corporate headquarters. maximize the employees strengths
