I have been working at Skyline Ultd

    Pros

Upper management has made a huge effort to make this a pleasant work environment, and seems to be honestly concerned about the well-being of employees.
The company is growing and prospects for advancement seem good.
An effort has obviously been made to hire compatible individuals who work well together.

    Cons

Some notable communications problems exist between departments and middle managers.
The company is still acting like a small business, when in reality it has become a large business. Therefore training and change seems to "just happen" and can be quite haphazard instead of following established processes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have clearer guidelines for job performance, schedules, deadlines, and chain of command. The small business mentality is still at work, and because clear communications processes are not in place, lower level employees may be answerable to several middle managers, producing conflicts about which items get priority and who is actually in charge.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect vacation time. This is not a military organization. Employees are not grunts.
