    Pros

Corporate location Offers health care benefits Offers dental and eye care benefits Offers competitive salaries for new hires Offers enticing perks for new hires

    Cons

Worst leadership management in the history of the company No accountability for upper management for anything Decisions are executed without a proper plan Decisions are executed without upper management obtaining all details: Is it really the right decision? Owned by a private equity firm No 401K match No annual pay raises, whether cost of living or other

    Advice to Management

Listen to what your employees (the worker bees) have to say. Their knowledge is very valuable. Do not make decisions based on your own arrogance. The MBA you worked hard for 25+ years ago does not mean that you know more than employees who have longevity with the company when you've only been with the company a short time.

    Pros

The company's future looks bright, considering executive and management setbacks. The venture capital firm that purchased the company has been organizing several large acquisitions in the industry. They are making investments for the long haul.

    Cons

Executive and management turnover is at an all-time high. Employee benefits and incentives are slim to none, slashing retention to a minimum. Lack of conventional executive structure causes confusion and Wild West politics in the office. Recent executive leadership has focused the company's efforts on quick, empty revenue rather than investing in employees and quality. This may be at an end since a large recent executive turnover, but it has been very apparent in the past several years. Accountability is virtually non-existent, and workplace culture has been destroyed, regardless of recent efforts.

    Advice to Management

Accountability and incentives to retain valuable employees. Invest money and time back into the things that will take the company forward: employees, quality and innovation. Stop putting so much effort into the marketing race against competitors, and stop spinning your wheels and pushing volume.

    Cons

Lack of leadership at the senior management level creates Wild West style politics...

    Advice to Management

Well the CFO and CEO have both been banished so to the PE owners - hire well at those positions and clear out the dead wood in New Jersey...

    Pros

Competitive Salary All Health Insurance 100% paid by company

    Cons

Org Chart changes on a weekly if not daily basis Management doesn't listen to it's customers, hires deplorable upper management teams that are extremely ineffective and know nothing about conducting $50MM+ accounts. Financially volatile: Frequent bankruptcies and venture capital buyouts . . .

    Advice to Management

Get back to the original formula that Michael Fux, the founder, perfected. Quit making promises to major retailers that you cannot keep. Value your employees and the feedback they bring back from their accounts.
