    Pros

great product I would not sleep,on any other bed.

    Cons

every store and market ran differently. Lots of stress put on salesperson to sell everything, goals can never be explained .some stores get big brakes on goals. We are replaceable . Fear and intimidation don't drive good sales.Equal rights and fairness being respectful and promoting customer needs should be most important.SIQ pushing ...secret shoppers and surprise visits to catch you doing something wrong is not building a good environment. Come on don't hire people you have to check on all the time.

    Advice to Management

they need to switch it up . People at the same location get burned out routine change it up. They trust DM and managers but what about the work ants like us who truly love the products and most importantly the people we help each day. Sad when all you care about is the right hand side of page.

    Pros

40 hour work week, freedom to make decisions that affect business, culture of self improvement and success as well as opportunities to advance

    Cons

Hard to come up with too many downsides except for the usual retail drawbacks: working weekends and holidays, however, you expect this in any retail job

    Advice to Management

Sometimes as an organization we can focus a little too much on the right side of the page. While important, this has led to an almost fear at the field level of selling smaller units

    Pros

Good pay and benefits for full time employees.

    Cons

Don't know until 48 hrs prior if working. Routes scheduled with no way to complete in time allowed. Regularly scheduled with temps so like training someone almost daily. Constant turnover in management. Management does not listen to employee feedback and has no regard for employees. Saw several employees try using HR for assistance and saw clearly that they are only to protect company and not aid employees. Read other reviews, all negative get a response from the company stating "We appreciate the input that you have provided regarding management and will be sharing this with the appropriate parties." or closely worded. If this were true something would change and similar complaints wouldn't continue.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. When you see/hear the same complaint from all over the country take action instead of seeing that its been an issue for years. Follow through with your promises. When you do acknowledge a problem do something to correct it.

    Pros

Unique product, organized selling process, average income, OK benefits, small teams, not a physically taxing job.

    Cons

Retail hours, hard to take PTO off, challenging budgets, frequent documented performance memos. Hard push to sell specific options customers may not want. Frequent usage of outdated call lists. Confusing promos can lead to mistakes given on discounts and loss in commission. Zero budget given to develope outside partnerships to grow business yet expected. Store managers schedules mirror prime selling periods but are responsible for a fraction of the budget.

    Advice to Management

Create a culture of growth and appreciation.

    Pros

The money can be good if you're in a good store although you will definitely work for it. There's more to a job than money.

    Cons

Upper management has a what have you done for me lately attitude. Nothing you do is ever good enough, they always want more. HR doesn't help, they are there to protect upper management. Benefits are the absolute worst. There is no work life balance. If they want you at the store, you must be there, even if it's your day off. If there are positive ratings, it's done by upper management posing as different employees.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the people who actually make you money. Stop expecting robots.
