    Pros

    Great company nice management good benefits. The company has been in existence for more than 20 years with positive growth throughout.

    Cons

    The company expanded too quickly in the mid 1990's It too a couple years to recover from the being able to properly manage all offices at adequate levels

    I worked at Sleep Specialties full-time

    Pros

    There are no good words to say about Sleep Specialties.

    Cons

    I would put a negative 5 star rating, but you have to rate at least a one star....but anyway, If you like working 24/7 with no relief and no one else but you covering 7 different hospitals, then this is the job for you. If you want to become ill because of the lack of rest, this is the job for you. If you want to work 60+ hours a week for 40 hours pay, this is the job for you. If you like using your own vehicle, paying your own fuel, insurance, tires, wear and tear, and driving 100k miles per year for very little pay, then by all means...this is the job for you. If you want to be promised benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, etc) but get nothing, this is the job for you, If you like being threatened and harassed, this is the job for you. Lets see...Oh, this is the kicker....if a loved one dies and you don't want to go to the funeral...GOOD! Because you won't get to go anyway!!! You'll be told "they are in a better place" so "get back to work!"

    Advice to Management

    PLEASE!!! What management?!!! Ok...maybe take a lot of classes on how to treat a hard working employee would be the first step...otherwise, I don't believe there's any help for this company.
