I worked at Slippery Rock University full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The campus is beautiful, some excellent programs.

    Cons

Upper administration is overly concerned with themselves and how outside sees the school. Some departments are run by people not qualified to manage people. Some professors don't care about the students, only themselves and their agendas.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Clean house in some departments, become student centered (like you used to be) and pay attention to reviews from students, faculty and staff.
