Pros
great place if you dont want to work, but are good at politics, that can help you survive here, with much betteer quality of life ! Great place for housewives too !
Cons
SA ruthlessly exploits its employees, there is no respect for people, very dictatorial culture...mangers walk away with all credit....shameless..... is full of show off and shallowness.....it is so demoralizing. On top of this, till you agree, things are fine. If you disagree with something and express your concern, they demonize you, victimize, spread rumors about you, mistreat you even during the notice period even though you are willing to work, emotionally harass on one pretext or the other.......the reviews dont center on the work done, but on how well one fit into the culture (that is, how politically good you are)...such dominating environment, it is a highly abusive company .....
Advice to Senior Management
If only they could respect their people, be open in allowing communication so that I didn have to write this, recognize performance and instill a culture of meritocracy
Pros
if you want to learn about pharma / biotech knowledge based work, it is a good place to learn that...but you keep doing only one kind of work
Cons
you keep doing only one kind of work...good performance is not recognisd beyond superficial praise...most of good people have left in last 5-6 month...team leads (managers) are not very supportive, dont take any initiatives for our growth.....political environment is a big negative
Advice to Senior Management
recognize people who perform well at all levels, offer more opportunities and exposure for growth....please be professional, people younger and junior also deserve some respect...try to recognise good professionals
