“Very nice people,”
Former Employee – worked at Smart Balance
Pros – Very nice people, corporate culture is not very competitive. You feel like you are working with people, not against them.
Cons – They are a small company with many competitors, who spend huge amounts on advertising with little to show for it.
Advice to Senior Management – They need to revamp the marketing strategy, their products are good, but they should just focus on a few good products.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

“Overall nice people to work with.”
Former Employee – worked at Smart Balance
Pros – Smart Balance work environment is surrounded by nice people to work with. The company was at it's top best with Bob Cluck was office.
Cons – It all depends on at what position you are at and which department you work under. And hopefully your manager is a fair and honest person instead of just helping themselves up the ladder.
