More concern on looking smart, rather than being smart.

    Pros

Definitely gives you an insight into the behind the scenes on how data networking is provided to the tradeshow industry. Serviced locations are operated in a franchise-type manner. Mix of good leaders overall. Provides exposure to the tradeshow industry in combination with the technology field. Benefits are decent.

    Cons

Company does not focus on the value of their services. Reaction time to change is slow. Corporate support is lacking. Salaries are not competitive. Lack of appreciation and retention of talented employees. Not much room for advancement. High employee turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Company is too dependent on their technology department. Communicate more and be consistent on communication. Change needs to occur from the top down. Get new talent to be more innovative, rather than operating on fear.
