Pros

The ability to learn online retailing. The discount and sample sales. When I was employed there was a very fun atmosphere. People really got along and it was an exciting business to be in.

Cons

Managements inability to to figure out how to rum their business and what there focus should be. Tried to do the same things over and over with no results. The mood in the air is of constant uncertainty. Layoffs were very common, it was usually not the right people who were let go. Departments don't talk to each other, leading to confusion and wasted time.

Advice to Senior Management

Figure out what works and stick with it. Don't be everything to everyone.
