Pros – Healthy and positive workplace. People care about your success and there's no back-stabbing or hidden agenda's. In over 5 years, there's been little to no politics. Everyone works hard and tries to do all they can to do a great job.

Cons – When a company is willing to hire the best of the best, it often means a distributed workforce, where communications and employee relationships are difficult. They try to drive a good culture but it's tough to do when employees are spread across the country.

Advice to Senior Management – Try to comunicate our wins and successes to the entire company more often so we have a sense of being part of the whole team more easily.

Pros – The company shows great potential and consistent growth. Employees have well-balanced life and work opportunities and don't take themselves too seriously while maintaining professionalism. Management takes into account all HR concerns and suggestions.

Cons – Communication is poor due to remote employees and management. Employees seem to focus on what they are doing for their customer which leads to forgetting about the company needs as a whole.

Pros – Fair compensation
If you don't mind travelling full time, there are lots of opportunities and you'll never be bored.
Good people

Cons – Corporate communication is poor, at best
Sr. Management are disconnected from field employees
Benefits keep getting more expensive and less rewarding
