    Pros

The ground-level staff are very welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely determined to do their jobs, and get it done properly.

    Cons

An incredibly unprofessional company with extreme management issues at the senior level.

Management that has no drive or desire to learn the details of the processes of the tasks at hand; instead resorting to deflection, denial, or passing the buck and notoriously shifting blame. This has instilled a deep resentment between corporate, sales, and operations as a result; client services are absolutely subpar.

This is a company that provides absolutely no growth, no raises, and ensures cost-cutting at every corner with an incredibly high turnaround rate. Graduate-level employees are brought in, every process that requires advanced knowledge must be broken down into simple spreadsheets and directions - and then those same graduate-level roles are then outsourced to temp agencies. When anomalies occur, (and they often do) the new employees are faced with no help or answers because the extensive knowledge that comes with performing the job, had left with those graduate-level employees that they had fired after they had outlived their usefulness. This places undue stress onto the entire teams because we are prohibited from the essential tools and knowledge to effectively train our revolving-door staff. Even mid-level management is a revolving door, which further contributes to the chaos. Management has no clue how to handle the processes or the employee tasks at hand, so the blame is shifted onto the employees when management is approached for a solution. The employees are subsequently fired under the basis of ineptitude.

Customer service is outsourced to India. Manufacturing is outsourced to China. Even HR consists of a single consultant who is only available for a few hours a day, and only two days a week. This is a company that is very top-heavy with "big" titles, (seemingly a good amount of nepotism at play) with complete disregard to employees outside of the management circle.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This company is in dire need of corporate restructuring. Management places too many arbitrary obstacles in the path of employees, lacks empathy, and regards employees as largely disposable. At its current rate of faulty units, customer dissatisfaction and employee treatment; I see this company going bust within two years.

    Pros

Some very intelligent and hard working people. Some great challenges and core concept is a phenomenal ideal

    Cons

Management sucks. From the President on down to the VP level. Too many execs. Too many micro-managers, not enough employees to get the work done. Product has too many flaws and high return rate. Minimal chance for a raise or review.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

take some time to know your employees and what they really do.
