ProsCompensation is fair, people are friendly, industry is exciting.

ConsConstantly seems like we're putting out fires.

Training seems limited to internal existing methodologies vs out side the box solutions and new skills.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore time and focus needs to be spent on how competitive advantages can be applied outside of the Walmart relationship to become a leader in other asset classes, or business models.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Great Company If you like abusive environment

I have been working at Smartcentres full-time for more than a year

ProsCollegues are great and everyone works very very hard.
Nice Office
Great place to learn and gain experience

ConsOpprotunities too far and in between
Management shows no appreciation
Management can't make up their mind and don't take accountability
Management doesn't stand up for employees
No recognition
Long hours are the norm and expected.

Advice to Senior ManagementMitch is a mastermind and your lack of people skills and hiding behind your excuses,
