    Pros

The people are great and so are the managers. We all get along and work together to make things quick and speedy. The customers seem to like us too. The pay isn't too bad either. I picked up on the ways they handle things quickly. It's a really fun job. I get a lot of hours too.

    Cons

Some of the customers can be annoying but that's inevitable.

    Pros

You get started off with a decent base pay and can get a better pay with hard work in a short amount of time. It is a decently flexible job. It definately works well if you are going to school or working a second job. They are very clean and with all of the cleaning you do it definately teaches you some discipline.

    Cons

Management is'nt very great, they are overly aggressive most of the time. Not too reliable for hours, a lot of people work there at a time so you might not be able to get that many hours a certain week. You can say this about any job, but you don't get paid enough for what you do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice would to not be so overly aggressive when trying to get a point through to your employees.

    Pros

It's good for a part time job and are pretty generous with hours. A great job when you need flexible hours when you're going to school.

    Cons

Some customers will be rude, but customers are always right. Some managers may be over bearing, and you might encounter co-workers who don't care about the job (which means you'll have to pick up some of the slack)

I worked at Smashburger Master LLC part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Coworkers were awesome, they were fun to work with. Perks weren't bad, 50% off food. It would be a good summer job for highschoolers or college students but it would be difficult to balance the hours with schoolwork once school started again.

    Cons

Incompetent managers and long hours. Always had to look busy so I don't get yelled at. Very poor training, I was trained by workers who had only been working for weeks. The managers did not bother training the new employees. For every 6 hours, you get 2 ten minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch.

I have been working at Smashburger Master LLC full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

There is always chance to move up to management positions. Good environment to work in. Easy job duties. Great customers that keep coming back.

    Cons

Depending which location you work, sometimes when you move up in position such as management you feel stuck there never being able to move more up. Low pay for management. Takes a whole year to even get a raise, that the max is only .25 cents.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Move raises and evaluations every 6 months.
