    ProsGreat benefit programs like house, school, insurance, tax plan. Not much work pressure. Good speed of promotion as long as you deal well in people relationship. The management team change frequently, make sure you close with all parties. A work place you are freedom to speak out.

    ConsNo sustainable strategy and objectives due to frequently change management team. Many inner circles, you need to ensure you are one of circle in various timing. Spend too much focus on people relationship rather than business. Management team are lack of professional experience and capability. Some time change position holder just because they are not in the same circle.
