Awful work environment with laughable pay, non-existent benefits and management that is borderline adversarial.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsCo-workers are hard-working and intelligent, very social environment that encourages teamwork.

ConsAwful pay that is far below industry standards, poor benefits, ownership and management that do not adhere to any discernible professional standards, micromanagement of staff.

Advice to Senior ManagementMembers of staff are not you personal property to do with as you please. Your conduct is often downright abusive and accounts for the very high turnover at this firm. Address the pay issues and lack of respectable benefits and treat employees with respect.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Creativity encouraged, compensation not to follow.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Silver City, NM

ProsThe flexibility of the organization is immense. Support for work/life balance is offered from management, and the owner/s of the company. A family atmosphere is encouraged within the organization. Self directed to take ownership of projects & various work activities.

ConsHigh level management not always available. Financial incentives were lacking to foster growth and advancement opportunities. The organization is located in a economically depressed area.

Advice to Senior ManagementOrganize monthly meetings to talk about events affecting the organization. Let people talk about changes they would like to see happen. Listen. Compensate fairly, and above the lowest national average for the work that people do.
