    Pros

Great Atmosphere. The Owner, Nick, is very understanding of problems as they arise and willing to work with you. Boss wants you to enjoy your job and thrive there. They have an "own it" attitude, which makes for less drama overall

    Cons

Typical Restuarant nonsense. Rude customers, servers that don't want to bus their own tables. If you started as a greeter, you generally weren't promoted to server.

  2. As a greeter, it's wishy washy.

    Pros

    Nice managers
    Mostly nice co-workers
    Interesting day-to-day experiences
    Great food

    Cons

You get yelled at constantly from co-workers for things you have no control over
    No respect
No thanks/appreciation for the work you do
    Some customers are ridiculously rude.
You will be making a lot less money than everyone else that works there.

    Pros

Good Money, funny shirts, good turnover table time

    Cons

    Mean Girls
    VERY poor and unorganized management
Very confusing for staff because of management turnover

    Advice to Management

Try to be organized, and not to have such a high turn over rate

    Pros

Great food. Lenient with smoke breaks. Amazing Co workers.

    Cons

Low pay rate. Seriously over worked. Management doesn't communicate with team. Hottest kitchen I've ever worked in. Extremely long shifts.

    Advice to Management

Before taking action on a situation communicate with the people involved first.

  7. Truly one of the best companies I've ever worked for. Great money, great managers, and pretty good staff.

    Pros

The money is great for what you do, the managers are amazing, and the staff is fun. Corporate came in a lot but they are awesome as well. They're super friendly and never talked down to anyone. I can't say enough good things about the General Manager Dan, not only is he great at running a business but he's such an awesome person. The other managers are amazing as well. One of the best team of managers i've had in my many years of serving.

    Cons

It takes you a while to get into a good money making shift. Everyone has to pay their dues and prove themselves which is good but can be frustrating at times. As a long time server I don't see this as a bad thing but I remember how it felt to have to prove myself when i really needed money.

    Advice to Management

Management should just keep doing what they're doing.

    Pros

I loved my co-workers, company mission embraces individuality so you get to work with fantastic people, I can thank this company for life-long friendships

    Cons

Management and corporate are shady, appalling turnover rate of corporate employees, seems as if everyone is stealing or fudging numbers or something or other, little respect for the hardest workers.

    Advice to Management

Show more respect to your employees, they keep you afloat.

    Pros

Able to make a large amount of tips, if played right, was also able to get time off at my convenience. Great food is served

    Cons

I had a hard time with the management. It was disorganized, every manager I started with ended up quitting by the time I left the place.

    Pros

Ranged to around 15 an hour with tips.
    Good atmosphere.
    Good food, discount for employees.

    Cons

Stressful, not managed well. Could make more as a server somewhere else.

    Pros

Great atmosphere and fantastic team to work with. Great concept, branding runs deep through the company. Fantastic food. Super bar. You'll like it there.

    Cons

Concept is geographically spread out. Makes building the concept hard. Good units have a strong manager with an entrepreneurial bend. Someone that gets into the community and makes the restaurant thrive.

    Advice to Management

Open that next unit. You'll only learn how to do it by doing it!
