employees get a free smoothie working every shift.
Cons
Minimal training.
Punctuality lacking from upper management
Advice to Senior Management
Please treat your all your employees with respect. Top Level management needs to have better quality assurance in the stores to make sure the stores are being run according to industry standards.
Pros
Smoothies are delish.. It's a job.
Cons
Peeling bananas.. Blending smoothies all day..
Advice to Senior Management
Keep on blending!
Pros
You learn great customer service skills, improve your multi tasking abilities, and improve sales techniques.
Cons
Only one free smoothie a day.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep up the great work!
Pros
Easy to pick up ,Easy to learn
Free smoothie while you are working, stuff discount when you are going to purchase things in store
Cons
low paid.
will be busy during summer time, stores owned by different owner , so there is no universal standard for the salary there.some people may earn twice as much as you do simply becuase they know the manager there.
Advice to Senior Management
Increase the salary for their employees. increase the quality of their product, their own brand name products are pretty shitty.
Pros
During my employment i actually lost weight due to the one free smoothie per shift allowed which acted as a meal replacement.
Cons
Management treated me, as a new hire, terribly putting me into the least desirable situations. Such as; cleaning throw up in the bathroom, moping the floor at close, peeling hundreds of bananas. None of the "lower" jobs were delegated to the other older employees.
Advice to Senior Management
Management needs to treat each employee equally and understand it is wrong to have the equivalent of hazing when new employees are hired. Just because someone is new doesnt meant they are automatically the pick for the dirty jobs.
Pros
Free smoothie with every shift, 25% discount on store merchandise. My store was very cool about letting you choose your hours. Overall a good job if you need a bit of cash or it's your first job.
Cons
Upper management was extremely incompetent/rude. Job is very repetitive and boring.
Advice to Senior Management
Don't micromanage employees and don't be unnecessary rude/harsh when correcting or training employees.
Pros
Discounts, Sales Experience, good job with flexible schedule
Cons
Lower Pay, Not much room for advancement
Advice to Senior Management
Continue the sales contests and.
