Current Employee – been working at Smorgas Chef
Pros – flexible schedule
good team, coworkers, great experience, and a great place to start if you want to work as a waiter
Cons – lots of them ;)
sometimes - very slow dinners, so you dont make any money at all
owners are very cheap, they try to save every penny on everything and everybody
Advice to Senior Management – try to invest some money in equipment,
expand, get a liquor licence to the last restaurant you have
