“SnapNames has a lot of soul, but not much direction.”
I have been working at SnapNames
Pros – SnapNames is a small company with a close-knit, family atmosphere. However it's owned and funded by a $100M parent company. So you get the best of both worlds.
Cons – The parent company, Oversee.net, pays little attention to this division of their business. This makes it difficult to make change and move forward. It also makes career advancement much more difficult.
Advice to Senior Management – SnapNames needs more than just operational leadership. It needs strategic direction and a push into the next five to ten years.
