    Assistant Director: Challenging and fast-paced

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

Prosthe staff is like a family and I was able to meet some of the best friends I have here.

Consdidn't have the utilities I needed to perform my job better, work-life balance extremely difficult to manage as the hours needed to work to do job exceeded what I'd consider the norm, low pay for how much you're expected to work

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Awesome, but could be far better!

    (Current Employee)

ProsSome of the best skiing in the world & get to ski a lot with a free season pass, beautiful environment, friendly people, and you get to escape the nasty SLC valley inversion every day for work.

ConsVery poor pay rates, some employees are condescending, travel/traffic can be difficult & very time consuming during snow storms and after powder days.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay more competitively to get and retain top-notch employees. Show more respect to employees across the board.

    Great people, great environment.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGreat lifestyle. The best skiing anywhere. Unbelievable environment, near a large metro area (live in the city and work and play in the mountains).

ConsThe hospitality/tourism business comes with its challenges. There are seasonal fluxctuations in business levels. Went it's busy, it's very busy. During the off season periods there can be alot of off time from work. Time off is not always during traditional periods, as holidays and weekends are the busiest times.

Advice to Senior ManagementYour employees are your most valuable asset. Make sure they get the training and respect they need and deserve!
