    Pros

    Lot of accountability, had a great set of seniors and fun peers.
    Good start to a career if you dont make it to one of the big banks
    Work life balance is pretty good since the work hours are fewer than other larger investment bank.
    Canteen food is great, nothing like good food.

    Cons

    Environment is a bit dull. The management would love to stick to its views and hence can be a bit frustrating sometimes.
