    People, constructive place
    Won't hire graduates, usually renews internships and VIEs
    HR was very helpful though and it seems like staff would prefer to have full time analysts in place. Unfortunately the system odesn't permit it.

    Pros

    Great place to start your career. There are many opportunities in terms of new joiners. Good environment to work in.

    Cons

    most of the times a trainee role doesn't lead to a permanent position. In my opinion SG should look to invest more in his employees i.e.: trainings, secondments, career development
