    The second largest french bank. Strong in Fixed Income products. Overall had a great experience, good firm to work for.

    ProsLot of accountability, had a great set of seniors and fun peers.
    Good start to a career if you dont make it to one of the big banks
    Work life balance is pretty good since the work hours are fewer than other larger investment bank.
    Canteen food is great, nothing like good food.

    ConsEnvironment is a bit dull. The management would love to stick to its views and hence can be a bit frustrating sometimes.

    A very professional, but perhaps excessively rigid environment. I had difficulties as a non-native french speaker.

    ConsIt's very difficult to have a promotion without business school diploma and difficult to have a salary increase. Unfortunately the best way to get a promotion and salary increase is to leave the company and come back after two or three years.
