    People are nice and easy to do networking! diverse culture of people

    A lot of individual works. There were no group project at all.

    27 PTO, 8% 401k match and good location (next to Union Station). Relatively good hours.

    Cons

    Competitive workplace. French are more likely to be promoted.

    Advice to Management

    Gain advantage by offering salaries competitive to the street. 4 years with no bonuses.

    less financial compensation the economic situation poses a lot of obstacles for the development especially the European Crisis and the slowdown of Chinese economy.
