    Pros

only good thing is it is a brand name

    Cons

lots of managerial politics, they rate you bad to avoid bonus and hike. you should be a shameless person to survive in this company. worst part is nothing to learn , just a waste of time and get dumb day by day.

    Advice to Management

stop the horrible politics as this is not your dad's company, let the employees be happy and work for the company's benefit and betterment. you people are spoiling the company reputation outside(INDIAN management)

    Cons

    Pros

Office culture is like working in a country where there is no respect for humanity, ethnicity or gender. Sexual jokes and racist jokes are quite common and openly told out. There is no control of any hr policies to protect bullying and sabotaging others on the basis of their background .Most important if you complain against unlawful conduct they lay you off. Stay away and save yourself from unprofessional garbage

    Cons

Senior leadership is disconnected from the rest of the team members. Works according to the jungle law where people fight, demean and steal to get their food.

    Advice to Management

Upper mamnagement needs to look at other renowned finance/banking firms within United States and promote a healthy and non hostile environment for employees to work in. HR policies should be more stringent like other American firms and taken seriously.

    Pros

    Work life balance, zero work.

    Cons

All the good work done by paris and all documentation kind of work pushed to India.
All managers are BA french people, who got into the company when it started to communicate with Paris and now they manage.
If Paris say Yes its Yes.
Bad training, no salary hike and bonus.
    Favouritism.
Zero work, all documented, no need to use brain.

    Advice to Management

Please say No sometimes when Paris say Yes.
    Stop slavery.
    Listen, understand and work together.
    Communicate and stop favouritism.
HR make some value, do not always say Yes if managers say Yes.

    Pros

Good vacation time, if you do not perform well there probably will not be any consequences.

    Cons

Extremely limited opportunities for non French speakers, zero interest by the managers in developing employees. Morale is very low everywhere, I do not know one person within the company who would not jump at a decent opportunity somewhere else. Management philosophy is to create assembly lines where the employees are the equivalent of machines. The culture throughout the company is one of secrecy and hoarding information without any intent on sharing. It is actually acceptable to not respond to inquiries, and follow ups to inquiries. Constant changes in the organization have eliminated any sense of team spirit, as soon as one reorg is finished everyone starts talking about what the next one will be. It has been 12 months since the last one, I think thats a record.

    Advice to Management

Choose a path and stick with it. Bullet points at a town hall do not constitute quality or consistent communication. You need to convince all levels of management that sharing of information is important and hold them accountable. This is not the case currently, I know you think it is, but it is not.

    Pros

Life work balance, moderate salary & benefits.

    Cons

No investment in employee in sense of training. No possibility of promotion according to results achieved. Initiative, innovation are not welcomed. Incompetent management is favorable. No consequences toward responsible persons if results are not achieved.

    Advice to Management

Total management reorganization is needed, new set of values, goals, objectives, etc...
