    Pros

Nothing good about SG. .Does not matter they move to new office or prime location in NYC until come out from their French world

    Cons

French top brass do not believe any NON French people ...Every group is pretty much headed by French .Treat US office as their Old time 'Colony' .Suddenly start talking in French during meeting. Not sure why they call global bank ....should call themselves French bank with outshores offices in US ..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No need to give any advice ..as they do not want to change

I worked at Société Générale full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The greatest pros of working for Societe Generale are the work flexibility, relatively good hours, access to good resources, and the opportunities that open up due to lack of extreme competition.

    Cons

The major cons of working for Societe Generale are a highly bureaucratic culture, fear of change, top management overhang, and a bias towards promoting French employees.
