I have been working at Softek International full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

There are none. This place is a rip off. It'd be a great place if I was sitting in india or mexico and had to make a decision between this and sewing soccer balls.

    Cons

This place is ridiculous. In order to even start employment you have to agree to not talk about other career opportunities for TWO YEARS, you have to agree that if you sue you are responsible for their legal costs, whether you win or not, and you have to agree that you will sue only in the state of NJ. They make salary offers at least 60% lower than what you should be making, that's by design. We talk about that in management meetings. It's the bottom feeder employment place. We pick up the B and C undergrad students who are thankful just to have a job that doesnt involve asking if you want a combo meal, we pay them a pittance and do mediocre work. Why offer benefits? I speak out because I'm tired of the games the CEO makes us play.

I have been working at Softek International full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

There are no pros to this low rate subcontractor. The benefits and salary are horrendous. This company profits off of low cost technically unacceptable government contracts.

    Cons

You are working for bottom feeders in the defense sector. If you hear of this company as a subcontractor to a prime contractor, run for the hills.
