Software AG Reviews
-
Pros
Software AG has smart people and interesting technology (at least in the middleware group).
Cons
Everything happens in Germany. All significant decision are made there. When it has grown through acquisition, it's still runs like a much smaller company where everything that matters is at headquarters.
Advice to Senior Management
Consider how every location has smart people. Create a more decentralized culture.
