Lot of jobs with lot of clients. Good opportunities to move from a client to another and to discover some new jobs.

Cons

Big structure so you're quite anonymous in the company. No real feedback from the management.

Advice to Senior Management

Spend less money in communication and more for the employees.

Wide access to the market, (insurance, bank, industrie, public sector)

Cons

lack of respect from managers to their direct employee, poor management
Law is not respected when IT professionals worked on the client's premises, the number of working hours can't allowed you to balance correctly your life.
Managers barely see their employees as they work on client's premises. So when evaluation interview comes, they barely know the employee, and what he did. Empoyee's aspirations are hardly taken into account or if it's the case, it will happen but maybe in a year!
I have the impression that only managers take benefits (in term of salary) of the company..

Advice to Senior Management

stop considering age as a handicap
If employee could evaluate their manager, relationships could be more respectful.
