    Pros

good pay, work from home. The company is small so there is a lot of potential.

    Cons

position no longer exists. Hired a sales team to generate business for them and fired them all. Lied about raises. Hired a sales manager that played favoritism with no way for the rep to talk to management without losing his job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Slow down, Solaris is trying so hard to grow so fast that they are wasting money and making bad decisions. Have an anonymous way for employees to rate bosses and be available for feedback

    Pros

Not many good things to say about this place other then it pays the bills.

    Cons

Miserable working environment. Mickey Mouse management. Horrible communication throughout the factory.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To take a management course at local college

    Pros

Work from home. Decent base pay. Promised a nice bonus plan. Haven't seen that yet. Car allowance and mileage, full expense account.

    Cons

Leadership changes yearly. Goals and objectives change with management. Incentives go away at a whim. Compensation will be your salary - don't count on any extra pay for your efforts. No bonus program is set up for 2014 (its April) yet and they won't backpay it if they ever decide on a plan. so the longer they wait, the less money you make and the more money they keep. Some managers have no experience doing this kind of sales. Territories are too big to handle alone. Need more sales people and less managers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Forget the CEO position and who that is. Get rid of mid level managers, hire more good sales people with experience to work territories. Put together a basic bonus plan with no limits to potential and stick to it. Realize the constant changes give you a really bad image in the industry. Keep the good people you have by treating them like they matter to your business. Sales people are treated like they have no value.

    Pros

Nice and friendly co-workers. You will meet a lot of new friends.

    Cons

Very poor leadership. Current CEO is never around and he has a crappy attitude when he is around. Management Team change almost every year. Change in Management every year includes changes in company policies. Very difficult for employees to adapt to the constant change in work environment. If you like to be over worked and receive no benefits then this is the place for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your people should come first. Consider your employees ideas. Support your employees needs so they can support the organization's goals.

    Pros

    A lot of overtime opportunities

    Cons

    Theres no real money here.
You will start off at 12.00 an hr, and after being there for about 3-4 years you will roughly still be around 12.87, they say there very competitive about the salaries from other paper companies i doubt that!
The only people who move right on up are the people who like to kiss A**
They offer the 401k but they don't even match 1%!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More and more employees are going to be quitting soon, as soon as theres more job openings.
