Details
Pros
Helping others. Great concept in reaching needy people in U.S. and other countries.
Cons
Too many chiefs and not enough indians. Honeymoon doesn't last too long. Don't question management, even out of curiosity, and especially when there are concerns. True personalities come out and they are not pleasant!
Advice to Senior Management
Sadly, there are so many opportunities to improve. Empower your staff. Don't pit them against each other. Keep the main objective, helping others, the main objective. It shouldn't be about promoting a person to celebrity status! Servanthood is not about receiving acclaim.
