    good to Gain experience. plenty of overtime

    staff okay, upper management is in a world of it's own

    total pandomonium, no management it's no wonder staff turns over

    hire competent regional management, train people

    nice salaries for upper management. vehicle perks, time off paid.

    Cons

    pay rate for manual labor and regular underlings barley above minimum wage.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    production incentives for hourly employes. they will care about quality and quantity if they get a paded paycheck at the end of the week for there extra hard work. specail manager training for there supervisores and other salary employes.
