Pros
Solomon Systech has strong design teams.
Strong and very capable middle managers leads various groups.
Good place to learn, with very challenging targets to meet.
Cons
Little transparency, although this is somewhat reasonable given the size of staff; it is needed for staff retention.
Stressful schedule, and work is overloaded; it is about 1.25X overloaded, especially the better staff.
Advice to Senior Management
Senior management need to be really focus and decisive, and committed.
Be more entrepreneurial and take on risk; no risk no gain.
The right persons must be hired to lead, and to execute.
