Ok Company to work, the benefits are good, but no 401K macth.

Senior Systems Architect (Current Employee) Irvine, CA

ProsNot too much to say, the benefits are good, but no 401K macth. They are basically a staffing company .

ConsRecruitment process is strange, they project as if they are the clients, but they are just a staffing company. The recruiters are good, but their managers are worst.they schedule interviews but the so called director / account manager never calls on time. PLEASE DONT WASTE ANYONES TIME

Advice to Senior ManagementNot sure who is management, there are too many of them.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    It's like my second family

Senior Systems Analyst (Current Employee) Scottsdale, AZ

ProsLeadership Team is great to work worth, most work together as a cohesive team to achieve team goals, benefits are above average and the pay is great. Internal culture is pleasant.

ConsThe Leadership Team is great, but can stretch themselves too thin.

Advice to Senior ManagementDelegate additional tasks to subordinates so that you can focus more on decision making and expanding and advancing the company.

Casual team-centered culture environment with good pay

Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) Irvine, CA

    ProsCompensation
    Casual Environment
    Team centered
    ESOP
Some great people to work with

ConsSome not so great people to work with
Contract work is always tough, but since there are many contractors, you get a sense of being a part of a team with them

Advice to Senior ManagementProfessional development programs that allow employees to move into roles where they can take on more responsibility will allow RMs to have more time to focus more on business strategy. Delegate work to other "manager material" employees. In the short term, it will take more time to training and implement but in the long run the company will be better off.

Poor management, no career growth, no equality

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Irvine, CA

ProsThe pay was really good and the location was beautiful.

ConsThey foster a us and them mentality. Managers are out of touch with staff. Poor, poor review compensation. To many procedures too many managers for one department. Treated more as a commodity and less as a professional. No real motivation to be there other than pay. Although, a pro would be that they assist with your visa however, that would be a lie. They lead you on and have you under their control.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe kinder to your employees, without them you would not have contracts or income. Do not have contractors as managers does not help department with associates.

It's just a body shop now

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Irvine, CA

    ProsGood pay for the work
Benefits comparable to similar companies (medical, vacation, etc).
    ESOP
    Many helpful colleagues
They attempt to keep you assigned

    ConsNo real vision or strategy
People are assigned because they are available; no real effort to find assignments that meet employees' goals
The only really important thing is being billable
Spend a good deal of time and effort writing proposals in response to RFPs without getting many of them

Advice to Senior ManagementLook for ways to help your customers; don't just fill job orders
Help employees with their career paths
Don't assign an employee to a position just because that employee is available; look for a good fit for the customer and the employee

    My experience with Solugenix

Senior Systems Architect (Current Employee) Phoenix, AZ

ProsIts a small company and they pay pretty good. Its a flat organization with very little politics that are common in big companies. There is fairly ok recognition of the work done. Being a small company they can make decision fast and communication channels are pretty open. They do try hard to keep employees happy even though they are primarily a contracting company.

ConsThere is very little opportunity for promotions as its primarily a contracting company. They have heavy reliance on one single client. They pay is good, but the benefits are not great. There is no 401K. The sales dept. does not do enough to get additional clients

Advice to Senior ManagementExpand the scope of the clients. Take more risks to expand the company and remove reliance on a small number of clients.

    Don't go for Manager+ position

Senior Management (Former Employee) Hyderābād (India)

ProsGood for fast learning for engineer/agent level positions.

ConsLeague system at higher levels, no security, policy which are customized to situation always in favor of the company & top officials.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe CEO should have more transparency on the India Management Governance & not just focus on numbers & project completion.

    Its ok for short period

Senior Systems Architect (Current Employee) Hyderābād (India)

ProsGood for who don't need growth in career and money

ConsMicro management - high level mgmt observes you in each and every minute like in school
    No flexibility in work timings
No chance of work from home even if you are in worst situation
Hikes are very very very poor like nothing.
No scope to learn new technologies or anything
Freshers need to sign on bond for 2 years and 1 year for experienced
No chance of onsite opportunity to anyone
Employees recreation activities are just for formality because there is no support from sr mgmt
    Interview process is worst

Advice to Senior ManagementAll given Cons are my advices

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
