They offer flexible hours to employees.

Easy to access basic management positions if you're in college/ have a degree
Given complete control of the store
Most of the staff is competent so, the work load isn't terrible

Very low possibility of being promoted to Senior Management unless you're extremely flexible

Nobody EVER gets raises. It's very hard to rise in the company. The managers are constantly pressuring to reduce order completion times while also telling us to be more careful with how we cook our food or telling us not to cook food when it's not needed. Order average time is supposed to be less than 2 minutes, but it takes 5 minutes to cook fries or hamburger patties.
Advice to Senior Management
Don't ask for superhuman performance from your employees for a minimum wage job with no future. Give us at least a little recognition for doing well.

You sometimes get a lot of regulars who will give you tips just because you hold a decent conversation with them.

The managers and store managers of some of the resturaunts are extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. It takes quit a long time to advance to a store manager.

not many tips sometimes. and pays minimum wage of 3.60 and your tips make up the rest to 7.25.

Not much meddling from senior management, if your numbers are good they leave you alone. Pay isn't bad and if you hire the correct people it makes your life easier

Little to no support a from upper management and from corporate. Things will change, like menu items, and you'll be the last to know about it.

Communication is the key to any successful business. Just emailing and calling doesn't get the job done you need to get out and be in the stores.

Sonic, Being a Fast Food Industry, Means always beening on your feet. Car Hoping, must always, be done, with possitive quality service. Making sure Each an every Cutomer is served according to The Sonic dedication program Guidlines.

When given leadership, managment. Its always wise to support a crew that is, no questions asked, on your side. Making sure Stocks and Food Cost stay steadily on quota.
To have understanding, as well as improvisation, toward a family/work environment. Showing leadership as well as workmanship.
