I have been working at Sonus Networks full-time

    Pros

    1. Considerably good pay
    2. Good work, Lots to learn
    3. Good work/life balance
    4. Good team
    5. Great talent

    Cons

    1. Teams do not work together but work against each other with blame games(Dev - SVT). This has always been there since I joined
    2. Company has turned so frugal in the last year, this is a very big back drop
    3. HR changes policies at their will, no employee feedbacks are requested/taken
    4. Experience given more preference over talent
    5. Quality of freshers is gradually decreasing (Due to degration is quality hiring)
    6. Initiative for team outing or team lunches should come from the management. The situation is reverse here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. Think of the productivity if every one works towards the same goal (quality product), instead of wasting time by blame games
    2. Please do not be so frugal, do not try to save a few bucks (seriously, what are you trying to achieve here? There are hardly 300 employees in Bangalore). Quality of all the things are decreasing day by day.
    3. Revise the salary structure, this has not changed since ages
    4. Please take constant feedbacks from employees, don't decide everthing in a closed room. Do I really need to tell you this?
