    Pros

Label areas are fun and social. Great benefits.

    Cons

There is little to no room for growth or movement. Pay is lower than most other labels in the industry and MUCH lower than other industries. Promotions are few and far. Company is not growing and does not care about their employees. HR is beyond useless, poor work environment complaints and/or issues fall on deaf ears. Zero incentive.

    Advice to Management

Major restructuring needs to happen. HR needs to be replaced with a team who is there to help the employees not just the company. They need to move with the times and care more about their products and employees.

    Pros

Friendly co-workers, cool building in Beverly Hills. Good work/life mix.

    Cons

Company as a whole is a little behind the eight ball in today's rapidly changing digital landscape.

    Advice to Management

Have more foresight. Don't be afraid to experiment with new business initiatives.

    Pros

Great benefits. Lots of discounted options to use with other companies. Great HR department.

    Cons

Building is very corporate, even though it's a music company.

    Advice to Management

There are a lot of folks who seem to be doing just enough to get by. Need more people with drive.

    Pros

First-hand marketing experience and you get to work with the most humble and cool people in the music business.

    Cons

Putting up flyers and posters can be dangerous for a young woman in an urban city! Also, it's illegal in some cities and considered vandalism by many businesses and universities.

    Pros

Great working environment. The people were always pleasant and helpful. The staff is smart and determined, and passionate about what they are doing.

    Cons

Tasks could be ambiguous at times. The management style was relaxed, but then when things were asked of some staff they were unprepared to deal with it. Must be able to learn quickly and independently.

    Advice to Management

Management was overall good. Because I was part-time I did not deal with as many people as I might have if I were full time, but my experience was a positive one and I'd recommend the company.
