    Pros

    Exciting aspects such as: being in Entertainment industry, working on films, meeting celebrities, etc. Also it's nice to get experience at such a huge corporation.

    Cons

    - Worked avg. of 80 + hours a week.
    - Sexual harassment everywhere you turn.
    - Paranoia that you will be fired.
    - No room for growth. You will do all of your boss's work and he/she will take the credit.
    - Horrible bosses. Just horrible.
    - Hoity toity atmosphere.
    - Good compensation
    - No time for anything but work.
    - You will be "on call" even when you aren't on the lot.
    - Rude clients.

    I work with a great team can't say enough about them. They are some of the best at what they do.

    Cons

    There is no business like showbusiness. These guys know it from stem to stern. It is venture capital on steriods.

    I loved everything about working here. The people were smart, the campus in Culver City was gorgeous and the work was interesting.

    Cons

    Highly political atmosphere, no real respect for "hard" business skills. Very difficult to get into creative areas (aka the profit centers) once you're pegged as a suit.
