    – Travail d’équipe
    - Pas de pression (pas trop)

    Groupe classique de conseil en systèmes d’information.

    - Team work
    - No pressure (few)

    Cons

    - Assez bon salaire de départ, mais pas d’évolution ensuite (pas trop)
     -> Un salarié qui a un an d’expérience gagnera plus qu’un autre qui a deux à trois ans d’expérience.
    - L’hypocrisie fait partie du jeu
    - Culturellement, une entreprise typiquement française (forte hiérarchie, évolution lente, tout est contrôlé, pas de récompense pour la créativité)

    - Quite good entry salary, but no evolution after (few)
     -> A 1 year experienced salaried employee will earn more than a 2-3 years experienced
    - Hypocrisy is part of the game
    - Typical French cultural company (Strongly hierarchical, slow evolution, everything under control, no rewarded creativity)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    La direction contrôle tellement tout que les cadres ne font que suivre les ordres, et les nouveaux s’occupent des clients.
    Pas assez de récompenses pour les jeunes salariés motivés et compétents.

    Everything is so overcontrolled by top management, so middle managers are just following orders and young fellows producing for clients.
    Too little rewards for motivated and competent young employee.
