    Pros

Good Induction to the company Good flexible Benefits Package which can make a different to take home pay Clear Career Path set out within their framework

    Cons

Requirement Process could be smoother Travel policy is difficult to stick to budget when traveling in London When based full time on account, very little interaction with the Sopra Business

    Advice to Management

Based full time on account so only exposure is to management assigned to the same account. more involvement with those based on account would be welcomed

    Pros

Some of your peers can be great people.

    Cons

Below average salary. Not enough projects for the number of people in the company. Dozens of people on the bench with nothing to do. The projects Sopra does win are often quite unchallenging and downright dull. More learning in formal training than on-the-job. Lots of unnecessary training thrown at you. HR is surprised when graduates want to leave within the 2 years and cheekily expects them to pay back thousands of pounds in training fees. Company consistently performs badly and needs to be bailed out by mergers with larger companies.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your employees if you expect them to stay. Better companies don't alienate their employees and retain good relationships with employees who leave, bearing in mind that they might go and work for Sopra's clients/competitors. You consistently ensure that no one who leaves would ever in a million years have a positive thing to say about Sopra to clients, much less consider re-joining after a few years.
