Pros – Work-Personal life balance,
timely appraisal,
employee friendly,
flexible working hours,
provide free shuttle service to metro stations.

Cons – I had an overall good experience however can point out one generic thing - favouritism can be one of the cons.

2. Work life balanced
3. company is good if you want to settle. 9 to 6 job.

Cons – 1. Poor management and planning of work
2. Onsite opportunity is very less.
3. Lack of good project also development. There are mostly maintenance project which used old technologies. So not good for carrier.
4. No awards and recognition. Managers fav employees are only recognized.

Cons – some of manger do rule according to your own monopoly

Pros – Excellent work culture and very good work life balance which is reflected from it's CMMi maturity and having very good HR policies and support.

Cons – Transparency between manager and engineer/developer need to be improved.
If you have a BIG lip, then you will have a more brighter career over here.
