Pros – If you can independently start projects and drive change - this is a great place to work.
Cons – There is a tendency to manage by committee but that has all changed since a President/CEO has been hired.

Pros – Currently, the company is small and is well structured with good hardworking employees that care about the customers, and each other. Prior to my departure, the company ensured that there was a good work life balance for all its employees.
Cons – Over the last year, the company has become more focused on very fast growth imposed by upper management. While growth is good, the focus on growing quickly has resulted in a mentality of "it’s all about the money". Such a mentality has already lead to an increase in stress on the employees, an attitude by the employees of looking out for themselves because the employer no longer is, and higher turnover.
Advice to Senior Management – Continuing to focus on nothing but the money will lead to a culture where employees are not focused on the customers or the good of the company but only on themselves because they realize the company is no longer loyal to them.

Pros – benefits are excellent for a company this size
Cons – management cannot make business decisions on individual basis; must make decisions as a team
